- Someone with experience of developing and implementing organisation-wide business planning and performance management processes.
- Someone with the ability to understand and align strategy, business priorities and financial budgets.
- Someone who has experience of designing, monitoring and reporting on KPI’s.
- Someone with the confidence of engaging and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders at every level.
