What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading high-impact third-party fundraising events, growing income and delivering exceptional supporter experiences.
- Ability to use insight and data to identify opportunities and deepen supporter engagement.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing stakeholders, budgets and event delivery.
- A passion for developing and empowering team members, supporting their professional growth.
