Working for a great Accountancy firm in Weybridge, Surrey, we are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper. Working as one of 4 Accounts Assistants / Bookkeepers in the business, looking after a portfolio of around 15-20 clients, you'll become a valued and integral member of the team.
The Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper will be involved in educating this business's clients to understand their numbers within Xero, while helping them to achieve their personal and business goals. This business will help you get to know them quickly so you can continue to help them grow and succeed.
You will have the choice to work flexibly too. This business asks for 3 days in the office on days that suit you, with the remainder being flexible wherever you feel most comfortable and productive to get the work done, providing an ideal balance between collaborative and individual working.
You will also receive regular training, and you'll be given time to ensure that you keep up to date with the latest changes in accounting and technology.
