What if your next role didn’t just analyse the future… but helped shape it? This isn’t a typical insights role. This is your opportunity to step into a position where your thinking influences decisions, your curiosity drives innovation, and your insights create real commercial impact.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just read data but feels the story behind it. Someone who can connect the dots others miss—and turn insight into action.
Why This Role MattersEvery great product, every breakthrough idea, every winning strategy starts with one thing: Insight. In this role, you will be the voice of the customer, the pulse of the market, and the driving force behind smarter, sharper decisions. You won’t just report on what has happened… You’ll help define what happens next.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll take ownership of the insight engine that powers growth. That means:
- Turning data into clear, compelling commercial stories
- Bringing together sources like EPOS, Kantar, Mintel, and wider market intelligence to build a complete picture of performance and opportunity
- Spotting emerging consumer trends, flavours, behaviours and unmet needs before they become mainstream
- Influencing product development, packaging, positioning and range decisions with evidence-backed insight
- Helping shape innovation—ensuring every new idea is grounded in real customer demand
- Leading insight-driven workshops that spark fresh thinking and breakthrough ideas
- Acting as a trusted partner across the business—someone people turn to when they need clarity, direction and confidence
This role is for someone who is:
- Commercially sharp – you understand what drives growth and how insight fuels it
- Naturally curious – you’re always asking why, and you don’t stop until you find the answer
- Analytically strong – you can dive deep into data and come back with simple, powerful conclusions
- Influential – you can communicate ideas in a way that gets people to listen—and act
- Proactive – you don’t wait for direction, you create it
Experience in the UK food or beverage market is highly valuable—but your mindset and approach matter just as much as your background.
What Makes This Opportunity DifferentFlexibility that works for you – 25–30 hours per week, across 3, 4 or 5 days. A role where your voice is heard and your ideas shape real decisions. The chance to work at the intersection of data, creativity and strategy. An environment where insight isn’t a support function—it’s a driving force.
The Bottom LineIf you’re looking for a role where you can:
- Make a genuine impact
- Use insight to influence real outcomes
- And be part of something that’s constantly evolving…
then this is your moment. Apply now—and start turning insight into influence.
