- A track record of improving operational performance and service delivery
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills
- Experience building strong client relationships at senior stakeholder level
- The ability to influence, inspire and motivate teams
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for quality and service excellence
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
