Craft a Powerful Brand Voice– Develop and roll out an integrated messaging strategy that resonates both internally and externally.
Lead Digital Growth– Manage our clients website, create compelling content, and drive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
Launch High-Impact Campaigns– Design and execute digital, print, and social media strategies that captivate our clients audience and generate leads.
Own the Marketing Collateral– Develop best-in-class print and digital materials that make our clients brand unforgettable.
Elevate Events & Exhibitions– Coordinate industry-leading events and forge relationships with key societies and associations.
Produce Next-Level Video Content– Bring our clients story to life through video across multiple platforms.
Analyse, Optimise, Dominate– Track key marketing metrics, run A/B testing, and continuously refine for maximum impact.
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a game-changer—someone who brings passion, creativity, and strategy to everything they do. You’ll need:
A degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years of commercial marketing experience (B2B, some B2C)
A background in life sciences or healthcare (ideal, but not a deal-breaker)
Experience growing a brand identity and establishing a lead-generation process
Proficiency in digital marketing tools—email marketing, SEO, analytics, and social media management
Strong content creation skills—you can write, design, and execute campaigns that convert
A data-driven mindset—you love diving into analytics and making smart, performance-based decisions
A creative spark—you think outside the box and push boundaries to create marketing that stands out
Project management skills—you can juggle multiple campaigns while staying laser-focused on results
