As a RFP & Sales Operations Executive, you will sit at the heart of the commercial function. You will be the engine behind sales effectiveness, the guardian of process, and the force multiplier that allows Business Development teams to operate at their very best. THE MISSION OF THE RFP & SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
- Help Increase RFP win rates
- Improve speed and quality of RFP submissions
- Enable sales teams to focus on selling, not admin
- Create scalable, repeatable, world-class sales operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RFP & Bid Management Excellence
- Own and coordinate all RFPs, tenders, due diligence questionnaires and ad-hoc commercial requests
- Act as the central point of control for global RFP activity
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to craft compelling responses
- Maintain and improve a centralised RFP answer library
- Train sales teams on the RFP process
- Improve consistency, quality and efficiency across submissions
- Review and improve sales and business development processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter ways of working
- Ensure alignment with governance and control requirements
- Provide management information and reporting
- Coordinate CRM and system improvements
- Support onboarding and sales training
- Equip teams with tools, data and guidance
- Act as a central commercial contact point
- Support procurement processes
- Produce periodic sales updates
- Support QBRs and reporting
ABOUT YOU
Essential:
- 3+ years in sales operations, RFPs or commercial environments
- Proven RFP / bid management experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience with RFP tools (e.g. Loopio)
Desirable:
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Project management tools exposure
