This is not a traditional Revenue Operations role. This is a build-it, own-it, scale-it opportunity for someone who thrives on creating leverage through systems, automation, and intelligence.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations & Systems Manager who can architect a world-class revenue engine across Europe and North America – someone who sees complexity as opportunity and believes that great systems unlock extraordinary performance.
If you are obsessed with HubSpot, fluent in automation and AI, and driven by outcomes rather than activity, this role was built for you.
The Mission: Your mission is simple — remove friction from growth. You will design and own the systems, data, and processes that allow sales teams to focus on what they do best: creating value and closing high-quality deals. You’ll turn disconnected tools into a single, intelligent revenue machine.
What You’ll Own:
- Revenue Architecture: Build HubSpot into the single source of truth for the entire revenue journey.
- Automated Lead Generation: Design and optimise scraping, enrichment, and targeting workflows using tools like Clay.
- Sales Enablement at Scale: Create a plug‑and‑play environment where reps move faster with less effort.
- AI & Automation: Leverage AI and integrations to increase output per person and eliminate manual work.
- Causal Analytics: Prove what actually drives revenue, not just vanity metrics.
- Pipeline Discipline & Forecasting: Deliver predictable, accurate forecasting through strong process and data hygiene.
Leadership & Impact: You’ll lead a small, high‑output operations function, managing junior and offshore resources while setting the standard for operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, influencing decisions that directly impact growth, valuation, and commercial strategy. This role has real authority — and real accountability.
What Success Looks Like:
- Sales teams spend more time selling and less time fighting systems.
- Clean data, fast execution, and clear insight into what drives revenue.
- A scalable, automated revenue engine that supports ambitious growth.
- Technology working for the business, not against it.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Growth Operations within B2B.
- Expert-level HubSpot capability (workflows, reporting, custom objects).
- Hands‑on experience with Clay, scraping, enrichment, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies embedded into CRM.
- Proven ability to build systems, not just manage them.
- Commercial mindset with confidence presenting insights to senior leaders.
- A relentless drive to improve efficiency, leverage, and performance.
