About the Opportunity:
As New Business Sales Director, you’ll lead the full UK and European new business function — driving strategy, building high-performing teams, and closing large-scale contracts across both the Public Sector and Private Sector. You’ll sell intelligent, technology-enabled BPO and customer engagement solutions, including:
- Claims and application processing
- Customer journey and experience management
- Fraud prevention and validation services
- Omnichannel customer service delivery (voice, email, chat)
- Fulfilment of payments, vouchers, and physical rewards

Key Responsibilities:
As the New Business Sales Director, you will:
- Develop and execute a clear, high-growth New Business Sales Strategy for BPO and Sales Promotions across Europe.

- Personally originate and close complex, multi-year, multimillion-pound BPO deals.
