  • A track record of improving operational performance and service delivery
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills
  • Experience building strong client relationships at senior stakeholder level
  • The ability to influence, inspire and motivate teams
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for quality and service excellence
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
