Duties and responsibilities
- Track, measure, and enforce the accurate reporting of financial information from global partners.
- Partner with local members worldwide to gather insights and deliver outcomes for some of the most important clients in the industry.
- Own the reporting process — creating reports, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
- Peer-review reports, handle client questions with confidence, and escalate challenges when needed.
- Analyse performance trends in pool and captive programmes, distilling insights into clear, actionable explanations.
- Lead client discussions by presenting analysis that drives clarity and decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and accountability in data management across systems.
- Build bridges between sales and reporting teams, enhancing collaboration and elevating client service.
- Take part in transformational projects that improve processes, standardisation, and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Three to five years of related work experience, ideally within the insurance, reinsurance or financial services space.
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Outstanding analytical skills — you can cut through complexity and see the patterns.
- Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- Organisational strength: the ability to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure.
