Providing facilities expertise and input into ongoing and future development projects. Maintaining a comprehensive facilities risk and compliance programme, including statutory testing, insurance requirements and premises health & safety. Regularly reporting on estate condition, contractor performance, compliance and improvement project progress. This is a role where your judgement will matter.
