As an Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Payable, you’re not here to just process numbers – you’re the fuel behind the financial engine. You’ll help power the insights, accuracy, and flow that keep our clients international operations running seamlessly.

Here’s how you’ll make your mark:

Keep the company financial systems razor-sharp by processing supplier/client invoices, credit cards, and staff expenses with laser precision.Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure every detail lines up – because excellence lives in the details.Own the payment processes – from preparation to posting – using Sage X3 (don’t worry, this company will teach you if you’re not familiar).Collaborate across teams, provide purchasing insights, and become the go-to person for finance-related queries.Take part in our monthly financial close and help shape reporting that drives decision-making across the business.Be a catalyst for change – support and suggest process improvements that elevate performance.

WHO YOU ARE/ Experience needed:

Currently studying ACCA or CIMA and hungry for progression.

You’ve got 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced finance environment – financial services is a plus.

Excel wizardry? Check. Knowledge of Sage X3? Great if you have it – this company will help if not.

You understand the mechanics of multi-currency transactions, foreign exchange, VAT, AP, AR, GL, and Cashbook.

You’ve got serious attention to detail, love working with people, and never shy away from a challenge.

Bonus points if you speak French – this company are global, after all.
