Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, polished and professional customer service
- Serving food and beverages to an exceptionally high standard
- Setting up and maintaining hospitality, catering and event areas
- Clearing tables and ensuring front-of-house areas remain immaculate
- Supporting the events and hospitality team with meetings and events
- Assisting with corporate hospitality and special functions
- Preparing service areas before, during and after service
- Replenishing food, beverages and hospitality areas
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure every service runs smoothly
- Responding positively to customer requests and going the extra mile whenever possible
- Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures
Who are we looking for? We're not simply looking for someone who has worked in hospitality. We're looking for someone who understands what exceptional hospitality actually looks like. You may currently be working as a Catering Assistant, Hospitality Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, Food & Beverage Assistant, Front of House Assistant, Events Assistant or General Assistant within a high-quality hospitality environment.
