Responsibilities
- Problem solving
- Responsible for team members working within their area of the production line
- Ensuring the team meets quality and production standards
- Day to day upkeep of the visual management board
- KPI performance of the specific area
- Stock checking of consumables
- Maintain the cleaning schedules to keep all machines in working order
- Produce a weekly area performance report
- Training and supporting operatives within the production team
