We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead, coach, and inspire our design team while contributing high-quality creative across our platform and VIP partnerships. You’ll ensure the team delivers commercially successful, on‑brand work, manage design schedules, and oversee creative sprints from brief to delivery. This is a leadership‑focused role with hands‑on creative input, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Graphic Design team, improving skills, knowledge, and use of Teemill processes.
  • Ensuring all design output meets high‑quality, commercial standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and follows internal processes.
  • Managing the design schedule, including booking creative briefs, tracking resources, and relaying delivery info to stakeholders.
  • Reviewing client design briefs to ensure projects are commercially viable and that the team has all the assets they need.
  • Contributing creative content yourself, focusing on high‑value VIP partnerships and platform projects.
  • Implementing AI and other efficiency tools within design processes where appropriate.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional creative agency or within Teemill in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership experience with excellent project management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Deep understanding of merchandise, ecommerce, and commercial design.
  • Experienced in Teemill creative processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of AI implementation within design workflows is a plus.
  • A relevant degree or proven experience in a commercial design role with high‑quality output.
