We’re looking for a HSE, Compliance & GDPR Managerto join the team to lead Health & Safety, compliance and GDPR governance across Teemill, driving a strong culture of safety, compliance and accountability throughout the business.
What you will be doing as a HSE, Compliance & GDPR Manager:
- Own and maintain the company Health & Safety and operational compliance framework across all sites.
- Ensure appropriate risk assessments, safe systems of work, workplace controls and H&S records are maintained and reviewed.
- Own fire-safety governance, including required checks, training, evacuation arrangements and completion of fire-risk actions.
- Maintain the company compliance calendar, coordinating statutory requirements, inspections, policies and compliance actions with relevant functional owners.
- Coordinate external audits and certifications, including GOTS and OEKO-TEX, ensuring requirements and corrective actions are completed.
- Coordinate company GDPR and data-protection governance, including functional accountability, data-subject requests, data breaches, policies, retention requirements, records of processing and resulting actions.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within Health & Safety, compliance or a similar operational governance role.
- Good working knowledge of workplace H&S requirements and risk-management principles.
- Clear understanding of GDPR and practical data-protection governance.
- Experience coordinating audits, certifications or regulatory requirements.
