Site & Installations Coordinator in East Cowes

We’re looking for a Site & Installations Coordinatorto join the team to coordinate the effective operation and improvement of Teemill's physical sites and deliver reliable podOS hardware deployments at customer factory locations.

Based primarily at our Cowes site, this role offers the opportunity to travel internationally on a regular basis. Trips are usually short, a few days at a time though longer assignments of up to two weeks may be required.

What you will be doing as a Site & Installations Coordinator:

• Own day-to-day site and facilities coordination across Teemill locations, ensuring buildings, utilities, cleaning, security and general site conditions support effective operations.
• Coordinate planned and reactive facilities works, including contractors, servicing, repairs and associated site requirements.
• Own the planning and coordination of podOS hardware installations, ensuring customer, site, equipment, travel and resource requirements are understood before deployment.
• Build, configure, test and prepare podOS hardware and installation kits in line with agreed deployment standards and schedules.
• Deliver hands‑on hardware installations at customer factory locations, including testing, commissioning and customer handover.
• Manage installation snags and post-installation hardware support, escalating software/system issues to Development where required.
  

What we’re looking for:

• Practical experience in facilities, installations, technical hardware or a similar operational role.
• Strong practical problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to build, configure and test hardware to defined standards.
• Experience coordinating contractors or site works.
