The role/mission:
This person will play a central role in hiring, culture-building & GTM strategy following massive PE investment. The current sales team in the UK stands at 9, looking to grow to 15-20 over the next 12-18 months with a big focus on new logo acquisition.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven success leading Mid-Market SaaS sales teams
- High EQ, motivational leader, strong coaching mindset
- Resilient, high-energy, on an upward curve
- Experience driving growth post-acquisition / rebuild phase is of particular interest
- Public sector experience a bonus
