Our North America HQ in Toronto opened in 2022 and now accounts for half our global revenue. After achieving 155% last financial year, this is a unique opportunity to inherit an established team of Senior Consultants. We are looking for an experienced UK based leader who is open to relocating, to inherit this $2.5m business (easy Visa process).

The Role:

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you'll lead a team of consultants with responsibility for performance, coaching, forecasting, client development, and overall execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing a high-performance team culture
  • Driving accountability through structured planning, pipeline reviews, and clear expectations
  • Deepening strategic client relationships and identifying commercial growth opportunities
  • Partnering with our training function to develop the next generation of leaders

About You:

  • Existing recruitment or sales leadership experience within a B2B environment
  • Strong track record of developing consultants and improving performance
  • Organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Commercially minded and effective managing strategic relationships
  • Motivated by helping others succeed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in GTM SaaS Recruitment
