The Opportunity

As VP Professional Services, you will lead a 100+ person organisation across EMEA, owning commercial performance, customer outcomes, and strategic delivery. Working closely with Sales and regional leadership, you will play a key role in driving growth, expanding enterprise relationships, and helping customers realise value from complex transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Professional Services organisation across EMEA.
  • Own services bookings, revenue, margin, utilisation, and profitability.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive expansion within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Ensure successful delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Build executive relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Contribute to regional strategy as a member of the EMEA leadership team.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven 3rd-line leadership experience across EMEA or another complex international region.
