Location: Leeds, UK (on-site) - must be Leeds-based or in a commutable location to our office.

What You’ll Do:

This isn't a typical recruitment role; it's a consultative sales position where you'll leverage your deep understanding of SaaS to connect exceptional GtM professionals with innovative companies. Your days will be varied and impactful, focusing on:

  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs to identify critical GtM hiring requirements.
  • Account Growth: Expand partnerships within existing accounts and win new mandates.
  • Executive Search: Identify and engage senior candidates for client opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular calls to discuss feedback and new candidates.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Navigate offer negotiations and influence decisions.
  • Candidate Profiling: Refine understanding of our Ideal Candidate Profile.
  • Business Development: Proactively build new client relationships with SaaS start-ups.
