- Proven track record of exceeding SaaS sales quotas for 3+ years with strong pipeline generation.
- Must have solid understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Value Selling, and/or Challenger Selling.
- Comfortable engaging executives, building internal consensus, and identifying champions.
- Self-starter with excellent organization, prioritization, and data driven approach to sales.
- Curious about climate tech and motivated to learn the industry quickly, with preference for experience in traditional or sustainability sectors.
About the Role:
- Own your territory and pipeline, working closely with Marketing and Business Development to generate and close ARR above $600K.
- Contribute to the founding commercial team, helping shape strategy and lay the foundation for future growth.
- Operate in an ambiguous, fast changing environment and make high quality decisions quickly.
- Implement best in class sales processes, maintain CRM hygiene, and forecast accurately.
- Develop new markets or territories while upholding company values and collaborating across teams.
