Role: Business Development Representative

Location: London, UK

Salary: Up to £50k base / £70k OTE

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR role.
  • Degree educated from a Russell Group university.
  • Driven, organised and disciplined, with a strong track record of achieving goals.
  • Creative and curious, with a knack for finding new ways to engage people and communicate ideas.
  • Personable and confident, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • A builder who enjoys working in high-growth environments and figuring things out from the ground up

About the Role:

This is an early BDR hire in London, working 1:1 with a dedicated AE - with fast development opportunities into an AE role or Leadership.

  • Help build the BDR playbook and shape how the company opens doors with prospects.
  • Use cold calls, email and LinkedIn to capture attention and start conversations.
  • Run creative account campaigns, testing messaging and approaches to improve results.
  • Handle inbound interest, selected demos and prospect nurture.
  • Work across marketing, sales, growth and partnerships, with opportunities to progress into a full-cycle sales or wider GTM role.
