Overview

We’re looking for a Telecare Installer to support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of telecare systems across residential and healthcare settings. You’ll play a key role in helping vulnerable individuals live safely and independently.

Key Duties

  • Install, test, and maintain telecare equipment (alarms, sensors, detectors)
  • Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs and routine maintenance
  • Train service users and carers on system use and emergency responses
  • Attend service calls and accurately document work completed
  • Deliver a professional, compassionate service at all times

Requirements

  • Training will be given
  • Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence
  • You need to be a UK resident and eligible to work in the UK.
