Our client is looking for an experienced and confident IT professional to lead their Service Desk team. You will ensure colleagues receive excellent technical support across their branch network in the North West.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the IT Service Desk team.
- Prioritise tickets and ensure SLA performance.
- Act as first line technical contact; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.
- Provide MI reporting and support compliance.
- Experience in an IT support or Service Desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Outlook and Office.
- Good understanding of desktops/laptops/printers/peripherals.
- Basic networking knowledge (patching, switches).
- Awareness of security principles (AV, firewalls, patching).
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a solutions focused approach.
- Minimum 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays + additional special leave days.
- Pension with up to 10% employer contribution.
