Position: School Administrator – Feltham
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (Long-term sickness cover)
Duration: Initially until mid-January 2026

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm
Overview
A well-regarded school in Feltham is seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary basis. This role is to cover long-term sickness and will run initially until mid-January 2026. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office, supporting staff, students, and parents with a range of administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
- Recent experience working as a School Administrator (essential)
- A current Enhanced DBS (essential)
- Experience using SIMS (ParentPay experience preferred but not essential)
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must be a UK resident and eligible to work in the UK
Main Duties
- General school administration and office support
- Managing attendance records and processes
- Supporting welfare duties where required
- Covering reception on a rota basis
- Providing efficient communication with staff, parents, and external visitors
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with daily school operations
