We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a well‑established school in the Tonbridge area on a part‑time, temporary basis for one day per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students studying Music at GCSE level.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging and effective Music lessons at GCSE level.
- Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality lessons tailored to students of all abilities.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide support to help students achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Recent experience teaching Music.
- A relevant teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Music at GCSE level.
- A current Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Availability to start in September 2026.
