We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Nutrition Teacher to join a well-established school in the Tonbridge area on a full-time, temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students across GCSE and A-Level.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging and effective Food & Nutrition lessons at GCSE and A-Level.
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to students of all abilities.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide support to help students achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Recent teaching experience in Food & Nutrition.
- A relevant teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching GCSE and A-Level classes.
- A current Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Availability to start in September 2026.
