My client is looking for a Caretaker/Site Supervisor to work at a School around the Twickenham area. This is a Full-time Permanent Position, and it will be working all year round (52 weeks per year). You will be expected to work the following hours: 8am-4.30pm (Monday-Friday) although some flexibility is required and there is an occasional requirement for evening or weekend work if an event is on (with TOIL being given in exchange).
Candidates should have the following:
- School Caretaker/ Site Supervisor experience, with good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site (Fire alarms, Legionella).
- Key skills would include being organised and reliable, able to use their initiative, and have good time management.
- Good DIY skills and able to decorate if needed.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start in July.
