My client is seeking a Caretaker/Site Manager to join a school in the Southend-on-Sea area. This is a full-time temporary role, starting ASAP on an ongoing basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Working Hours (Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday):
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 10:00am – 6:00pm
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a School Caretaker or Site Manager, with strong maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety requirements on a school site (e.g., Fire Alarms, Legionella).
- Good DIY skills, including the ability to assemble flat-pack furniture and carry out basic repairs.
- Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start immediately.
