My client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a School around the Congleton area. This is a Temporary Position to start ASAP on an ongoing basis including the summer holidays, and it will be working 22.5 hours per week over 3 days.
You will be expected to work the following hours 3 days per week:
7.30am-3.30pm (Flexible with the days)
**There is also potential for more hours, depending on your skill set**
Candidates should have the following:
• School Caretaker/ Site Manager experience, with good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site
• Key skills would include being organised and reliable, able to use their initiative, and have good time management.
• Previous experience with Plumbing, Woodwork, Electrical and Gardening duties would also be advantageous
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start ASAP
