Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organised Exams & Data Manager to support a school in Romford on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of examinations and school data processes, ensuring compliance with exam board and JCQ regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can step into the role quickly and provide immediate support during a period of sickness cover.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an Exams & Data Manager within schools
  • Strong understanding of exam board rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of JCQ regulations and compliance procedures
  • Experience using school MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom
  • Ability to manage exam entries, timetables, results and data reporting accurately
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during exam periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with staff, students, parents and exam boards
  • Enhanced DBS certificate required
  • Available to start immediately
