Essential Requirements

The successful candidate should have

  • Recent experience teaching Construction.
  • A recognised teaching qualification.
  • An Enhanced DBS (preferably registered with the Update Service).
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent Level 2).
  • A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant Construction subject.
  • Availability to start in September 2026.

Desirable Experience

The ideal candidate will also have

  • Previous experience teaching Construction T Levels.
  • Existing lesson resources to enable them to start teaching immediately.

  • Surveying

  • Science in construction

Key Responsibilities

The lecturer will be expected to
