We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in the High Wycombe area. This is a full-time permanent position to start in September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons at KS3 and GCSE, and Chemistry at A-Level.
- Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to students of varying abilities.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and the ongoing development of the Science department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Recognised teaching qualification with QTS.
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level.
- Recent classroom experience in a secondary school setting.
