We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hands-on Caretaker/Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy school in Sedgley. Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience as a School Caretaker, Site Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong practical maintenance and DIY skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations, including fire safety and Legionella compliance.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Enhanced DBS check (essential).
  • Available for an immediate start.
