Key Responsibilities

- Previous experience working as a School Caretaker, Site Manager, or in a similar role
- Strong practical maintenance and DIY abilities
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations, including fire safety and Legionella control
- Reliable, organised, and capable of working independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check is essential
- Available for an immediate start
