Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the school premises

- Liaise with external contractors and oversee work completed on-site
- Support school functions and events, including room set-up and site logistics
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and compliance checks
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working as a School Caretaker, Site Manager, or in a similar role
- Strong practical maintenance and DIY abilities
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations, including fire safety and Legionella control
- Reliable, organised, and capable of working independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check is essential
- Available for an immediate start
