About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join a busy and welcoming school in Small Heath. Key Responsibilities

About You

  • Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, site management, or maintenance role.
  • Good practical skills with the ability to carry out a range of minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required.
  • Available to start immediately.
