Role Summary
We are seeking experienced, passionate GCSE and A-Level Chemistry educators to join our growing team for Educators. In this role, you will work closely with our curriculum leaders to deliver outstanding instruction to A-Level students, using a refined and highly supportive methodology. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality A-Level instruction aligned with UK exam board specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, CIE).
- Support and challenge students to develop mastery in subject knowledge, exam technique, and academic confidence.
- Receive training in TEduNet’s world-class instructional methodology and implement it consistently in sessions.
- Tailor your teaching approach based on student progress and learning styles.
- Monitor student development, provide actionable feedback, and guide them through structured progress paths.
- Positively manage classroom behaviour and contribute to creating a safe, motivating, and collaborative environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with leadership staff, providing updates on progress, goals, and recommendations.
- Work as a key part of the team, collaborating with other instructors and leadership staff.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching A-Level students in a college, sixth form, or school setting.
- Proven track record of teaching students succeeding in A-Level Chemistry.
- In-depth understanding of UK exam board assessment styles and curriculum (AQA, OCR, Edexcel, CIE, IB).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to motivate and inspire young learners.
- Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs and progress levels.
- Commitment to high teaching standards, integrity, and student support.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Confidence using digital learning tools (e.g. whiteboard apps, student progress trackers).
