We are looking for a practical and organised Facilities Coordinator to help us look after the Landmark and ensure our Grade II* listed building is safe, well maintained and ready for everything that happens here.

This is a varied role combining hands-on work around the building with desk-based administration. You might be setting up a classroom, moving equipment or carrying out a minor repair one moment, and arranging a contractor, checking statutory paperwork or updating maintenance records the next.

We are looking for someone practical, reliable and organised who knows when they can tackle something themselves and when a specialist contractor is needed. Some knowledge of stage lighting, sound or technical equipment would also be useful.

Hours: 3 days per week – working pattern to be discussed

Salary: £17,316 per annum (£28,860 FTE)

Contract: Permanent

As a small team, everyone at the Landmark contributes to keeping the Centre running successfully. We’re looking for people with a flexible, collaborative and practical approach who are happy to muck in when needed.
