We are a farm shop and restaurant with a difference - you'll find no spit and sawdust here. What you will find is top quality home reared beef, fine wines, artisan spirits and local brew. We are looking for a committed chef with excellent skills who wants to progress their career. You'll be working under a super head chef with a fine dining background. We are an expanding business, so there is plenty of scope to grow.
You’ll need to love beef, but other than that, there is freedom to introduce your own ideas and creativity. The salary is strong. It's all about growing our reputation and a strong team who will be there to go the distance. You'll need to work well under pressure, be a team player, have high standards of hygiene and presentation, be professional and honest.
The restaurant is busy and we always aim to move forward, achieving a high standard, without taking ourselves too seriously. We are a friendly team and a family business with our own farm.
