As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for logging, reviewing, and updating insurance claims, ensuring information is processed promptly and accurately within our internal systems. Working closely with customers and veterinary practices, you will request and reconcile additional information where required, while ensuring claims are allocated to the appropriate team member for timely assessment and resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging of claims and processing
  • Claim updates via email and post (entering information onto spreadsheets and into computer systems)
  • Requesting further information from customers or veterinary practices when required (via e-mail or phone)
  • Matching requested information to the claims
  • Allocating claims to the desired person/queue
  • Assisting with queries from the business and customers
  • Triaging claims
  • Escalation queries
  • Reporting to the team leader and collating information
  • Reporting any system errors
  • Working with the team leader/team to enhance processes
