Job overview
Could you be the person who changes a young person’s story?
At Tor Bridge High, our mission is to transform lives, strengthen our communities and make the world a better place.
We believe that every young person deserves to feel that they belong, to have someone who believes in them and to be given the opportunity to succeed.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Internal Alternative Provision team. Someone who sees potential where others may see barriers. Someone who understands that relationships change lives. Someone who has the courage to make a difference, the love to never give up on a young person and the ambition to help every student achieve more than they thought possible.
This is your opportunity to…
- Be the person who makes a difference. Build trusting relationships with young people who need someone in their corner, helping them feel safe, valued and ready to succeed.
- Turn challenges into opportunities. Help students overcome barriers, develop confidence and resilience, reconnect with learning and take positive steps towards their future.
- Be part of something bigger. Join a team committed to inclusion, belonging and high expectations, where your work contributes directly to transforming young people’s lives.
If you believe every young person deserves someone who will see their potential, champion their progress and refuse to give up on them, we would love to hear from you.
About the role
You will play a vital role in supporting young people who face barriers to learning, engagement and success. Working alongside our IAP Operational Lead, you will build meaningful relationships, provide personalised support and deliver interventions that help students develop the confidence, skills and resilience they need to thrive. You will combine compassion with high expectations, ensuring that every young person feels supported, challenged and empowered to succeed.
If you are able to meet the requirements of this role, we would love to hear from you.
