TED Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for a SE London / Kent borders office. The role focuses on high-value projects, with current need on cladding remediation for large residential buildings, plus other residential, education and healthcare schemes.
You will be MRICS qualified or a Project Manager with strong cost-management skills, experienced in pre- and post-contract work, JCT contracts, cost control, procurement and reporting throughout the project.
