Contract: Part-Time or Freelance

We are looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing & Content Manager to support our retail store and Shopify ecommerce business. Working as part of a wider team, you will help plan and deliver marketing activity across our social media, email, ecommerce and in-store channels. You'll create engaging content, support campaigns and product launches, coordinate with external partners and agencies, and help us understand what's working through reporting and insights. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking and wants to play an active role in growing a unique retail and ecommerce business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Create content for social media, email marketing and ecommerce channels.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and key trading periods.
  • Liaise with our external digital marketing, website development and franchisors.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and customer insights to support future content creation, scheduling and marketing strategy.

About You

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, ecommerce or a related role.
  • Strong communication, copywriting and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable creating content for social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in understanding customer behaviour and marketing performance.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external partners.
