Territory Manager\\nMission: Change the lives of adult smokers by promoting IQOS, a reduced-risk heated tobacco product. Lead a team of 5-10 Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive sales and awareness within a controlled environment.\\nRole Overview:\\nAs a Territory Manager, you’ll manage, coach, and motivate your sales team, ensuring high performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This field-based role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a commitment to helping your team succeed.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\nPerformance Management\\n * Plan and submit weekly schedules to ensure team efficiency.\\n * Monitor and drive regional targets and sales averages.\\n * Identify underperformance causes and implement improvement plans.\\n * Track daily performance and address concerns promptly.\\n * Minimize absenteeism by addressing issues quickly.\\nQuality & Retention\\n * Champion exceptional customer experiences and balanced sales quality.\\n * Ensure the value proposition is clearly communicated by your team.\\n * Maintain high standards through mystery shop results and customer journey checks.\\nPeople Management\\n * Lead by example in all aspects of the FSE role (pitching, selling, coaching).\\n * Deliver impactful sales training and develop team sales techniques.\\n * Onboard new starters with tailored performance plans.\\n * Build team morale, encourage healthy competition, and celebrate successes.\\n * Manage team equipment, ensuring readiness and accuracy.\\nRelationship Building\\n * Build trust with FSEs, retailers, and field teams.\\n * Bridge communication between head office and frontline staff.\\n * Address morale-impacting issues proactively.\\nData & Reporting\\n * Submit accurate daily reports on time.\\n * Master reporting systems to analyze regional data and trends.\\n * Provide high-level training on reporting platforms to your team.\\nIssue Escalation\\n * Act as the first point of contact for team queries, resolving or escalating issues efficiently.\\n * Troubleshoot effectively before involving senior stakeholders.\\nRequirements:\\n * Valid driver’s license and access to a car.\\n * 2+ years of sales experience, with 1+ year in sales management.\\n * Proven ability to achieve targets and foster relationships.\\n * Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills.\\n * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).\\nWhat’s in It for You?\\n * Competitive bonus structure.\\n * Corporate expense card for business costs.\\n * Paid five-day training covering company, product, systems, and role expectations.\\n * Pension scheme
