Ted Experience have an exciting opportunity with immediate start for a mystery shopper across London, Oxford, and Guildford.

Role Overview

Conduct mystery shop visits across clustered retail locations. Visit retail reps while they are on shift and complete structured feedback after each visit. Capture required evidence (notes / photos) and log all visits in the supplied CRM/portal after each visit. Travel across London, Outer London, Oxford and Guildford (driving required for outside of London).

Working Pattern

6 hours per day. Likely 5 days per week across Monday - Sunday. 4–5 visits per day, depending on proximity of locations. Visit times vary to match store/rep shifts.

Pay, Expenses & Duration

£90 per day. Travel and Parking expenses paid. Training paid at £15 (training covers CRM use and reporting requirements). Project duration: approx. 2-4 weeks. Start date: ASAP / immediate start (training scheduled prior to first day).

Requirements
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel across listed areas.
  • Flexible availability including weekends.
  • Comfortable conducting discreet in‑store evaluations and uploading accurate CRM reports.
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple daily visits.
Other Requirements
  • Be over the age of 21.
  • Own and have access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance (not required in London).
  • Be confident and comfortable engaging with salespeople.
  • Experience in mystery shopping or service audit.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
