Ted Experience has an exciting opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join our innovative, high performing and fast paced field sales team. You will be working with a world leading organisation to promote a revolutionary heated tobacco product, scientifically proven 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes. This is more than a sales role. It is about engaging adult smokers, driving awareness of reduced risk alternatives, and supporting meaningful behaviour change while achieving strong earning potential.
What you can expect:
- £15.33 per hour base pay
- Average earnings circa £1,991 per month before commission
- Commission regularly exceeding £3,500+ per month for top performers
- Top earners achieving £4,500+ per month
- Paid travel expenses (44p per mile plus parking) or £15 per day if taking public transport
- Five days fully paid training in London starting 22nd June
- Tuesday to Saturday working pattern
- Six hour shifts within retail trading hours
- Ongoing bonuses, incentives, recognition and progression opportunities
Role responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in retail environments to educate and promote heated tobacco and nicotine alternative products
- Drive daily sales performance and achieve set targets
- Build strong relationships with retail staff to support store engagement
- Complete accurate reporting, customer insights and sales data capture

- Must be over 21
- Willing to travel within a 1 hour radius of assigned area
- Previous sales or customer facing experience
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven and resilient
