The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across the business. You will be part of a small but high performing recruitment team. This role blends hands-on delivery with autonomy and ownership as you’ll run key hiring pipelines in full. You’ll work closely with the Head of Recruitment, Senior leadership and hiring managers, to ensure you’re delivering quality talent meaning that we’re always hiring the right people, the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, from sourcing through to onboarding.
- Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and build action plans.
- Own and improve core recruitment processes - ATS workflows (TeamTailor), pipelines, scorecards, and scheduling.
- Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Achieve and take responsibility for your KPIs - time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on ad-hoc employer branding, events, and hiring campaigns and projects.
- Support hiring managers in training and interviewing enablement across the business and for new starters in the team.
What You Bring
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment in the world of field marketing, promo staffing, brand ambassador or experiential marketing.
- A solid track record of hands-on hiring across sales, brand ambassador, promo or field marketing roles.
- Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficient with ATS platforms (TeamTailor experience is a bonus).
- Data-savvy - able to track performance and improve processes using real numbers.
- A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- Someone who leads by example - hands-on, helpful, and outcome-oriented who makes sure to achieve results.
