Ted Experience have an exciting opportunity for a Mystery Shopper 2 week campaign!

Location: London & Greater London (travel required – own car essential)

Pay: £15 per hour + full travel expenses reimbursed (mileage, parking, congestion charge where applicable)

Contract Type: Temporary / Fixed-term (2 weeks)

Start Date: Monday 23rd March 2026

Duration: 2 weeks

Hours: Approximately 6 hours per day, 5–6 days per week (Monday–Sunday availability preferred; flexible where possible)

Workload: 4–5 visits per day on average (locations grouped for efficient routes)

About the Role

We are urgently recruiting reliable and discreet Mystery Shoppers for a premium, short-term retail evaluation campaign across London and Greater London. In this role, you will visit selected retail stores, engage naturally with staff as a regular customer, observe service standards, and provide detailed, accurate feedback (including notes and photos where required). All reports are submitted immediately after each visit via our user-friendly, mobile-friendly online portal. This is ideal for organised individuals who enjoy variety, exploring different areas of London, and flexible daytime work with a quick payout. The campaign is short (just 2 weeks), so it’s a great way to earn extra income without long-term commitment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised with good attention to detail
